Q. Will I see a preview of my imprint?

A. Yes! You’ll see a preview of your custom order before it is shipped to you. To ensure that your text, pictures and everything is produced properly and to your satisfaction please type directly into the text fields provided. Note that pasting a copy could result in errors.

Q. How soon can you ship?

A. Products in stock will usually ship within 7-14 business days after customization and approval but can take up to 18 business days during peak times.

Please note, when checking out, the carrier provides an automatic TRANSIT time that we do not control. This time is in ADDITION to our processing time and is NOT included. Carrier times cannot be guaranteed once it leaves our hands.

Q. Will I get tracking?

A. Yes you will get tracking emailed to you once your label is created. Tracking will be updated when the shipping carrier receives your package.

Q. I purchased a product with the rush service. When will it get here?

A. Our Rush Promotions guarantee that we put your order to the front of the list. After we have your approval on the custom artwork, your products are personalized, packaged, and shipped within 4 to 7 days.

Shipping times depend on the method of shipping you have selected.

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy:

– Due to the custom nature of my items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on MY part. If this is the case, the tumbler will need to be sent back and seller must be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your order, and will either be fixed or replaced.

  • Cancellations need to be completed within 24 hours of placing your order.

– NOT Dishwasher safe. This is direct from the tumbler manufacturers to prevent the vacuum seal from breaking due
to excessive heat in most dishwashers.

By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

  • Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
  • Please be as specific as possible when giving Personalization details. I cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
  • Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
  • All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.
